食品安全不仅关系到人民群众人身健康大事、还对社会和谐、外贸出口等方面影响很大，而我国目前食品安全问题频频发生，凸现了我国食品安全存在严重的问题，也暴露了我国政府和有关部门在食品安全监管方面存在的不足或缺失。

本文在析了目前我国食品企业的现状的基础上，对食品安全中存在的主要问题进行详细的剖析，在比较了发达国家食品监管的模式基础上，指出我国目前食品安全监管的一些不足。最后，在前面分析的基础上，提出我国食品安全监管体系的建设的建议和对策。
